Please join winery ambassador Guillaume Cuvelier for an exciting tasting of both sides of the collaboration between his family and Michel Rolland in their projects in Argentina—Cuvelier Los Andes — and Bordeaux— Leoville-Poyferré. Both of these endeavors are measured against the highest standards: estate vineyards, limited yields, careful harvest and vinification. While these wines express their individual vineyards and blends, these are powerful and dynamic wines that captivate the taster. Sommelier Christopher Lindemann and Chef Matthieu Godard will create a four-course menu featuring Guinea Hen Ballotine Wrapped in Puff Pastry and Bread Crusted Dorade with Artichokes and Fingerling Potatoes, celebrating the strengths of these wines and is sure to delight.
